NEET 2025 Result Out @neet.nta.nic.in; Download NEET UG Scorecard, Merit List

New Delhi, June 14, 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the NEET UG 2025 result on its official website – neet.nta.nic.in. Students who appeared for the exam can now check and download their NEET UG scorecard and merit list by logging in using their application number and date of birth.
The NEET exam was conducted on May 5, 2025, across more than 500 cities in India and abroad. Over 22 lakh students appeared for the exam this year. The result includes students’ subject-wise marks, percentile, and All India Rank (AIR).
How to Download NEET 2025 Scorecard?
To check your result:

Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in

Click on “NEET UG 2025 Result”

Enter your application number, date of birth, and the security code
-
Click on Submit
-
Your NEET UG scorecard will appear
-
Download and save the scorecard for future reference
NEET 2025 Merit List & Top Rankers
The NEET UG 2025 merit list has also been published by NTA. It includes the names of students who scored the highest marks in the country. This year, Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has topped the exam with 686 marks, followed closely by other high scorers from Delhi and Gujarat.
Many state toppers have also been listed in the official merit list. These include:

NEET 2025 Cut-Off Marks
As expected, the cut-off marks have slightly dropped this year. Since no student scored full marks, the top score being 686 out of 720, the general cut-off has decreased by around 50 marks compared to last year.
The NTA has published category-wise qualifying marks along with the result:

General category: Around 137
-
OBC/SC/ST: Around 105
Students must check their category cut-off to know if they are eligible for the next steps.
What’s Next After the NEET Result?
Now that the result is out, students should prepare for the NEET counselling process. It will begin soon for AIQ (All India Quota) and state-level seats. Students who qualify can apply for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and veterinary courses.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the counselling schedule shortly on its official site: mcc.nic.in. Keep checking the site regularly for updates.
